Why it exists
The numbers were always there. Nobody could see them.
A barbershop records more than most businesses realise: every booking, every card payment, every cash sale, every hour a barber spends at the chair. The trouble is where it all ends up. Some of it is in a booking app, some in a card reader, and the rest is in somebody’s head.
So the questions that decide the rota, the prices and the opening hours wait until the end of the month, or until the accountant asks. By then they are history, not decisions.
Barber Stats puts the answers on one screen and keeps them current. A visit takes three taps to record at the chair, and the dashboard knows about it straight away.

Each one is something you can check in the product today, not a line on a slide.
Every figure can be checked.
Nothing on the dashboard is an estimate or a score. Each number is worked out from what your shop recorded, and the help pages show exactly how.
Fair to the people behind the numbers.
No grades, no red flags, no “low performer” labels. Each barber is measured against their own previous period, because the person reading it manages a colleague, not a league table.
Your shop’s data is yours.
The owner can download everything at any time, on any plan. We never sell it or use it for advertising, and nothing is deleted if you stop paying.
Plain words, no training.
If you can use a card machine, you can use Barber Stats. Setup takes about two minutes, and every figure is labelled in the words an owner would use.

What we will not do
Trust is quicker to lose than to earn, so here it is in writing.
We will not Invent reviews.
Barber Stats is new, so there are no customer stories on this site yet. When there are, they will be real, and used with permission.
We will not Lock you in.
No contract and no setup fee. Pay monthly or yearly, and cancel from the billing page whenever you like.
We will not Sell your shop’s records.
They are kept apart from every other shop’s, stored in Sydney, and never sold or used for advertising. Nobody outside your team can see them.
We will not Hide the price.
Every plan, its price in Australian dollars and its limits are on the pricing page. There is nobody to ring for a quote.
